Christine's Philosophy

With a proven track record of building top-producing sales teams with Procter & Gamble, Slim-Fast Foods, and Nabisco (where her 110-person sales team captured a 50.1 percent market share and added 6 points to the bottom line in less than 2 years!), she knows the essential ingredients for creating a rewarding culture where people feel valued, are given flexibility to perform at their best, and diversity of thought is encouraged to make better decisions for the company and for clients.

Her goal is simple: empower business leaders to achieve flawless sales execution.

Christine helps leaders assess their Go-to-Market Sales Plan, define the organizational structure, as well as select and develop the right talent. She also provides insights, tools, training, and personalized coaching to advance sales success.

Engagements often involve a combination of consulting, training, and personalized coaching.

She also delivers keynote presentations on culture, attracting and retaining top talent, focused leadership, and selling.

Clients from Fortune 500 giants to mid-tier construction and manufacturing companies have benefitted from her insights and expertise including: Hewlett-Packard, Ingram Micro, Microsoft, RJM Construction, Hunzinger Construction, First Business Bank, Park Bank, Northwestern Mutual, Liberty Mutual and United Properties.

Christine is a co-founder of the Leadership Institute at WCTC’s Center for Business Performance Solutions, and a 17-year columnist for the award-winning BizTimes publication.

A Boston native, Christine graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Marketing and Finance. She fell in love with the people in Wisconsin when working for Nabisco, and has made Milwaukee her home for over 20 years.
